Terms of Use

1. About these terms
These draft terms apply to the Shortvip website and, when available, the Shortvip application and related services (the “Platform”), operated by BLUESOLE TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED (“Shortvip”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By using the Platform, you agree to the terms in effect at the time of use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
2. Eligibility
You must meet the applicable minimum age requirements and, where required by law, have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. If you use the Platform on behalf of an organisation, you must have authority to bind that organisation.
3. Your permission to use the Platform
Subject to these terms and applicable law, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to access the Platform and available content. No ownership of the Platform or its content is transferred to you.
4. Accounts
If account features are offered, you must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure and promptly notify us of unauthorised access. We may restrict, suspend or close an account where reasonably necessary, including for violations of these terms, subject to applicable law. Account deletion may affect access to content or benefits.
5. Content and feedback
Content available through the Platform is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use it beyond the permissions we or the relevant rights holder provide. If feedback, comments or uploads are offered, you must have the rights to submit them and must not submit unlawful, infringing, misleading or abusive material. Any licence for user submissions will be explained before the relevant feature is offered.
6. Acceptable use
Do not copy, redistribute, publicly perform or modify Platform content without permission; bypass security or access controls; interfere with the Platform; use unauthorised automated access; or use the Platform in violation of applicable law.
7. Payments and purchases
If paid content or features become available, the applicable price, currency, taxes, payment method and purchase conditions will be shown before you confirm a transaction. Refunds and cancellations will be governed by the disclosed purchase conditions, applicable law and, where relevant, the terms of the app store or payment provider. Any virtual items will be subject to the rules presented at purchase.
8. Third-party services
The Platform may contain links to or integrate third-party services. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. A link does not necessarily mean we endorse the third party.
9. Availability and disclaimers
The Platform and its content are provided on an “as available” basis. We may update, suspend or discontinue features or content. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
10. Liability and indemnity
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Shortvip is not responsible for losses arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control. You are responsible for your use of the Platform and agree to cooperate reasonably in addressing claims arising from your unlawful use or infringement of another person’s rights. Any limitations are subject to rights that cannot lawfully be restricted.
11. Promotions
Promotions may have separate rules, which will be made available when the promotion is offered. Please read those rules before participating.
12. Intellectual property concerns
If you believe material on the Platform infringes your rights, email us with a description of the work, the material and its location, your contact details and information supporting your authority to make the report. We may request further information and respond in accordance with applicable law.
13. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms and will make the updated version available on the Platform. Where required, we will provide notice or obtain consent. These terms are subject to applicable Indian law, without limiting any mandatory rights or remedies available to you.
